New special: the Brisket Plate 🔥
Slow-braised brisket over Yukon Gold whipped garlic potatoes, made with cream and butter. It comes with crisp roasted sweet carrots and crisp broccolini, all finished with a rich brisket pan jus. Real comfort food, and the right move now that it's finally cooling off.

Coming out of the roaster in time for dinner Wednesday October 21st at Metropolis is one of our best new menu items, yet!! A slow roasted dry brined brisket with whipped yukon gold potatoes, a beef jus sauce, with roasted broccolini and sweet carrots. Do not miss this special!

Come by Metropolis for another sneak peak item from our upcoming new menu! We call this our Monterey Salmon, 8oz wild line caught Alskan salmon served seared and roasted or cajun blackened over a bed of quinoa and fresh roasted vegetables, a lemon Beurre Blanc and dressed arugula. This one's is a healthy flavor bomb!
