Draft & craft bottled beer, craft & classic cocktails shaken with fresh-squeezed juices, fresh herbs, aguas frescas, and only bottled mixers [no soda guns, ever]. A wine list nearly 100 pages log in a 3-ring binder will either thrill you to no end, or make you slam it on the table as you demand a gin & tonic (no really, it *has* happened)! Whether you're a novice or an expert... wait, never mind. We say everyone is an expert, because you know what your palate likes. Don't feel like persuing the list? Just in case you haven’t heard, we’re doing “no contact” take out/delivery at Super Chunk Sweets/New Wave Market. The way it works, you need your chop salad or cookie fix!

Click on order pick up, place your order, pick time for pick up, pay online, and wait for notification. We’ll let you know when your order is ready, then stop at Super Chunk, call us and we’ll put your order out on the outside table. If you’re looking for delivery, find us on www.postmates.com

Unfortunately, an end of an era has come upon us. Tonight is the last night Cowboy Ciao will be open. Thank you to all for the wonderful memories and support over the years. We will miss you all. Raise a glass of whatever vino you are enjoying. Cheers to a wonderful run!! Please visit our sister restaurant New Wave Market and Super Chunk Sweets & Treats for the Stetson Chopped Salad, now on their menu. Cowboy Ciao will be dearly missed, but their legacy will live on!
