Ice Cream Chef Helen brought our birthday flavors to CW7 Arizona last week and Teresa Strasser LOVED the Pho-real ice cream!
The response to this flavor has been so PHOnomenal that we're making a limited number of Pho-real pints available for pickup Saturday, June 13th. PREORDERS CLOSE TONIGHT AT 10PM!
Thank you to Pho 43 Express for supplying us with their incredibly delicious beef pho broth! We reduced it and added some extra ginger, star anise, cloves and Thai basil to make this very special flavor. Don't miss out! This is your last chance!

For the next 48 hours, we're introducing two new flavors for the first time. Available in scoops only (sorry no pints due to limited supply) at all 4 locations.

Amarillo Sweet Corn
Made with fresh corn on the cob and aji amarillo - a dance between creamy sweetness and the gentle fruity heat of Peruvian peppers - a collaboration with The Mission restaurants.

Pho-real
Our adventurous tribute to the beloved Vietnamese noodle soup, balancing warm spices and aromatic flavors in a scoop unlike anything else - a collaboration with Pho 43.

Available June 3-4 only. We will have an email list for anyone interested in pre-ordering pints of Pho-real for a TBD date, depending on demand.

This May, we're celebrating AAPI Heritage Month with 3 of Asia's most popular flavors!

Ube (GF): Indigenous to the Philippines and viral because of its vibrant purple color, this yam lends its sweet, nutty and vanilla-like flavor to create an ice cream that will keep you coming back for more!

Carrot Cake (GF) - Cinnamon-spiced cream cheese ice cream folded with caramelized carrots, raisins, and toasted walnuts for that full carrot cake moment! All the cozy, cakey flavor you love, just without the gluten or eggs.

Lemon Bar - Rich Meyer lemon curd folded into a tangy lemon ice cream with buttery crust pieces in every bite. It’s sweet, tart, and just the right amount of indulgent!

Dill Pickle (GF) - Bright, tangy pickle flavor blended into dill-infused ice cream with pops of real pickle pieces. A little salty, sour, and surprisingly addictive. Valentine's Specials 🌹

Holiday Ice Cream Pies

Candy Cane: crushed all-natural candy cane in peppermint ice cream, topped with dark and white chocolate ganache and crushed candy cane

Dubai Chocolate: duo of chocolate and pistachio ice cream with toasted pistachios and chocolate covered shredded phyllo, topped with chocolate ganache and chopped pistachios

Huckleberry Swirl: wild huckleberries hand-harvested off the Oregon coast cooked into a sauce and swirled into our sweet cream ice cream

Order by Sunday, December 21. Pick up December 22-24 (limited pick ups available this weekend by request). We will be closing early on 12/24 at 5pm and closed all day on 12/25.

Banana Basque Cheesecake

We're in love with our newest flavor inspired by the viral cheesecake from the Basque region of Spain. This crustless (gluten-free) cheesecake starts with bananas caramelized in brown sugar which is then gently folded into a simple mixture of cream cheese and eggs. We bake the cake at a low temperature to create a beautiful gooey interior and then we caramelize the top with a blow torch for the signature burnt Basque flavor. Now available at all 4 locations!
