Thanksgiving Day dinner menu featured turkey roulade stuffed with sage, celery, and carrot. Chef Aurore paired this turkey with sweet potato souffle, root vegetables, cranberry-orange compote, and herb gravy. Some guests said it was the best turkey dinner they ever had.

Spectactacular turkey "Ballotine" was served at Sapiens Kitchen on Thanksgiving Day. Each turkey breast is stuffed with mirepoix of sage, garlic, celery, carrots, and parsley, then rolled and tied before the slow roasting process. Grass Fed fillet mignon with potato souffle, organic veggies, and Bordelaise sauce. One of the three simple choices offered on the kid's menu for our Mother's Day Brunch. Have you seen what's on the kid's menu in most places in our town? You must be concerned then as we are. Why do we expect the kids to be strong and motivated if we feed them the food that is fairly described as junk? Kids deserve the best food. We are here to make sure they do.
