We were honored to help bring the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center Cultivation Event to life with a menu designed to feel elevated, immersive, and effortlessly welcoming from start to finish.

We’re still smiling after hosting a cooking class that turned into a surprise wedding celebration - talk about unforgettable! From shaking up classic margaritas to perfecting phenomenal guac and savoring lamb chop lollipops, the night was filled with laughter, connection, and incredible flavors.

There’s just something magical about bringing people together in the kitchen… because apparently you don’t really know someone until you’ve deshelled 100 jumbo prawns side-by-side 🦐💛

✨ This kind of feedback is everything to us. ✨

“Everyone LOVED the entire meal, the shrimp cocktail was an especially big hit with folks making their own blends of sauce using the Atomic and Regular sauces. The tenderloin turned out great (although heating time was a bit longer than recommended in the heating instructions) - Thermometer was key! There was not a carrot left and just a few of the green beans. Our grand children thought the marsh mellows were the coolest thing ever, several never made it on to the yams.

The suggestions for the gluten free options were fantastic and greatly appreciated by our guests.

Net, we were so thankful for the meticulous preparation, everything was prepared as promised and was ready on schedule. It may be a while, but we're already looking forward to engaging your services again sometime in the future when we get everyone together again. Just posted a review on Yelp, which I hope proves helpful.
