We want to take a moment to apologize for our mistake. We missed the mark, and we take full responsibility.

We also want to be clear that we respect our employees and are committed to keeping Sushi Sen a positive and supportive environment for our staff.

We acknowledge the delays and service issues, and in the moment we did our best to make it right by fully comping the meal.

We hold ourselves to a high standard of hospitality and are reviewing this internally so we can improve as a group.

We always welcome feedback, but we do not tolerate our staff being called “idiots.”

We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. When we fall short, we will take responsibility, apologize, and do our best to make it right.
