We have a few new members of the family ✨
These four beauties will make daily appearances in our pastry case!
🍊classic cinnamon center with a touch of orange zest. Frosted with a maple bourbon glaze + few lil dollops of vanilla bean studded cream cheese
🍪 biscoff cookie butter. Touch of spice + finished with browned butter cream cheese frosting and black currant jam
☕️ Tiramisu has an espresso and chocolate center spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Finished with an espresso glaze and a mascarpone cheese swirly. Dusted with cocoa powder.
🥐 almond croissant has notes of nutmeg, orange zest, rum, almond paste, vanilla bean and actually has croissant dough rolled into our 24hr. Brioche. Finished with glaze, almonds and powdered sugar.
I adore every single one of these and don’t think I can choose a favorite. Maybe you can help me 🥲
