Open daily for lunch and dinner, Liberty Station will serve American comfort food with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is now open at 34522 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 180. Liberty Station is the latest culinary endeavor from Keeler Hospitality Group, who own Liberty Station in DC Ranch and in Madison, WI as well as Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops in Omaha, Nebraska. The bar at Liberty Station will offer vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft b**rs, plus a wide array of w**e options. He has created a menu using many locally sourced ingredients, which include creative “shareable” appetizers, sandwiches, pasta and salads. Entrees will feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station will smoke many of their high quality meats from Creekstone Farms on a custom made smoker (made by Camelback Smokers), prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.

Raise a glass to b**r and BBQ with Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse and The Shop B**r Co.!

On Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 6 p.m., Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse hosts “B**rs & BBQ,” a four-course b**r-pairing dinner featuring brews from The Shop B**r Co. and BBQ delicacies prepared by Chef Alberto Urias. The menu is as follows:

First course: Harry House Pilsner with Traditional Bruschetta featuring tomato, mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze

Second course: Crispy L***r with The Liberty Dog, a smoked sausage served with spicy coleslaw and mustard

Third course: Church Music Hazy IPA with Berto’s BBQ Chicken, BBQ-marinated chicken breast served with scalloped potatoes and green beans

Fourth course: Coffee Brown Ale with Giselle’s Key Lime Pie
