Message from Riki at Hiro Sushi
To our valued customers,
First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support of Hiro Sushi, especially through the challenges of COVID-19 and the years beyond. Many of you have been loyal takeout customers, and we truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us.
After much consideration, Hiro and I have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend takeout orders starting August 24th 2025. This decision was not made lightly. Despite many efforts to improve and streamline our takeout process—including dedicating chefs and additional staff to focus solely on these orders—we have continued to encounter challenges that affect both our guests’ experience and our team’s well-being.
Our priority has always been to provide the best possible dining experience, whether in-house or to-go. However, with limited staffing and increasing demands, we have found that focusing on takeout has begun to impact the quality of our dine-in service, which we cannot compromise.
For now, we have chosen to pause takeout so that we can give our staff the support they need and ensure that your dining experience at Hiro Sushi remains at the highest standard. While this will have a financial impact, we believe it is the right step to care for both our guests and our team.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding during this temporary adjustment. We are grateful for your patience and continued support, and we look forward to serving you in our dining room.
