Chef Joshua of Posh in Scottsdale, AZ pops-up his own ramen night in his upscale restaurant called POSH every Tuesday night. With the amount of love that it's received over the years, Chef Josh is ready to open up a ramen shop, dedicated to this Japanese noodle soup for lunch and dinner all week long. Chef Josh is a student of Japanese cuisine and spent time living and cooking in Tokyo - he dreame

d of opening a small ramen shop of his very own. It's taken Chef Josh 2.5 years of searching for the perfect spot - and he's finally found the right space. He's wanting to share true Japanese ramen in Scottsdale, and now is the time to do so. Not only will the menu have the signature ramen, it will also have a weekly special ramen. The menu will also boast other small dishes, salads, beer and of course, sake.

Take a long look at the menu, and then come and see us one last time. will end it’s nearly 5 year run having our last day on March 27th. Until then, we will be open from 11-8 Tuesday thru Saturday. One last chance to get a taste of the best ramen in town until who knows. Thanks for all the support everybody! We make the best ramen in town because we have the best costumers in town!

Hot Noodles is now open for dine in again! We have limited capacity, so please be considerate with your time and if you are a group of two, please sit at a table for 2 and not four. We hate to have to ask that, be we really only have room for about 12 people under current rules. Thanks for your support. See you soon!
