Maribeth Maribeth Sublette and Tyler Tyler Sublette have been part of the Amelia’s family from the beginning, and their support means the world to us.

If you’ve enjoyed breakfast or lunch at Amelia’s, there’s a good chance Luis had a hand in making it. He starts each day helping create the fresh, scratch-made meals you know and love.

🥪 Favorite menu item: The Veggie Sandwich with a side of Caesar salad. “The tomatoes, avocado, and cream cheese make the perfect combination.”

🐾 Fun fact: Luis has two Golden Retrievers named Brandy and Whisky, and loves spending time outdoors with them.
