Every Sunday at The Italiano, Chef Joey honors his father, Chef Tomaso — the man who shaped his cooking, his restaurants, and the Italian food we know today.

After coming to America from Sicily, Chef Tomaso spent over 50 years becoming one of the Valley’s most beloved chefs, while staying true to his roots and keeping his recipes as authentic as they come.
