We are heartbroken to share the passing of our dear friend, Dave Peterson, who left us peacefully yesterday surrounded by family and loved ones. Dave began working at Scotty’s at just 15 years old, and for more than 40 years, the kitchen was where you could always find him.

Dave was more than an incredible employee. He was family. He was dependable, kind, and had a way of making everyone around him feel like they belonged. Even after leaving Scotty’s, Dave never stopped being part of our family and would often stop by just to visit and check in on the staff.

He leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, hard work, and countless memories that we will cherish forever. We will miss you deeply, Dave. Thank you for everything and for the memories that will live on in our hearts. 💜
