We are a moble southwest mexican food trailer that serves the best baja burritos, baja in a bowl, enchiladas, soft taco's and super baja nacho's in Western Nebraska, and Eastern Wyoming. At auctions we offer breakfast burritos, hamburgers, hot dogs, and nachos.

We will be at the Old West Balloon Fest for all events. Breakfast burritos on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (while supplies last). We will have our regular menu Thursday evening at the college, and Saturday or the air field. Come see us and enjoy the balloons and activities.

Can’t wait to see you at The Old West Ballon Fest. We will have our regular menu plus new menu items including Taco Salads, tostadas and Cinnamon Churro Ice Cream sundaes (while supplies last). We will be serving breakfast burritos during the morning launches as well, again while supplies last.
