I embarked on this food truck journey with the help and guidance from my dad, Art Gonzales.

He owned and operated Pepa's Mexican Restaurant for 20+ years. I always wondered what my dad loved about the restaurant but doing this I've heard many stories and people's memories of eating our food, joining as families and I realized when serving food to people it brought smiles to their faces and full bellies!

Food and serving is our love language, from my grandma Pepa, my dad's mom and dad and my mom and dad it has been passed down.

The passing of my dad this week has not been easy but our time together building, cooking, preparing and then serving our surrounding communities together was extremely fulfilling, a lot of lessons were learned, laughs and love was shared amongst my family in this food truck/trailer

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the years you have ate with us and the memories you share!!! We plan to continue but it will be limited and setup will likely be in the fall.

Hey all, it's been a minute, our 2026 season will look much different this year, vendor fees for events are taking a toll on us, kids sports will take front row seats and family will always be our priority! We love our loyals who always find us even out of season. With that being said we will do a variety of pop-ups, likely some late night vending on weekends and also taking special orders and catering for weddings, graduation, reunions and have catered events with up to 225 guests in the past, big or small we can get you taken care of!! We will likely vend a few events in the fall of 2026 once our personal schedule slows down, we hope to hear from you soon!!
