Sooooo excited to be a part of this. Go Scotts Valley. Looking forward to SPIN putting up our new non verbal menus and emotions boards. My dream was always to have an inclusive space for all. My favorite food review was from Edible Monterey where the writer said “Cruise isn’t just a cafe…. It’s the living room of Scotts Valley”

First drop off today was Waterfall Inn. Burritos, housemade bagels, bagel toppings, mini quiche, cookies,fruit, pastries, coffee and accoutrements. Lunch for the bridesmaids and lunch for the groomsmen rooms.

Tried out a new item for a couple of the three catering jobs that went out today….. passed the extras out at the cafe….. 💯 making it to the catering menu!!! Maple toasts with a whipped brie.

Did you know that Cruise’s medium roast is named after my dad Don Buchla? Break of Don is the name of the coffee. The label was created by Cheyanne Donald and has his instrument Thunder front and center.
