I didn't create this graphic, but this is something I wish people understood universally without it having to be said out loud or repeated time and time again.

Yes, we want to serve you. But NO, I will not serve you raw, undercooked, thrown together or hastily prepared food just because you're pressed for time. If I served you raw, undercooked, thrown together or hastily prepared food I'd end up with a waaaay BIGGER problem on my hands than you being mad because your food took longer than you anticipated.

There is NO fast food here. Even "fast" food places have a minimum prep time to ensure your food is properly cooked, so you don't get sick.
