For many years, I operated a take-and-go restaurant where I prepared meals that were made-from-scratch. The entrees differed from day to day, and week to week, just like they would in your own home. en events, I closed my storefront in early 2022. You can now find me at the Cape Riverfront Market on Saturdays from 8 am till noon. I'm offering artisan sourdough bread, Liege Belgian waffles with pearl sugar, a variety of dry mixes, seasoning blends, and dip mixes. One day, I will reopen my catering business. Until then, I will offer limited products under the Missouri Cottage Food Law. This allows me to sell shelf-stable food products using my home kitchen.
