Today we enjoyed fresh homemade pappardelle with eggplant, our homemade tomato sauce, and freshly grated pecorino cheese. Simple, authentic food made with love and shared with family. These moments remind us where we come from and keep our Sicilian heritage alive for the next generation. ❤️🇮🇹
