Lazy Man BBQ Not only the best BBQ food truck in K-Zoo county, we think we're the best BBQ Period. Try it! So we developed our own seasonings that take the guess work out.

We're too lazy to guess which one of the 1,000's of seasonings out there would make whatever we're cook'N taste better. They're spicy without being hot, sweet without tasting like candy, and savory without being too salty. We put our seasonings on all of the meats that we smoke to make them taste their very best. Then we smoke the meat right on the trailer on our Southern Yankee rotisserie smoker
