It is with great excitement that we are going public with the sale of a Wausau staple. We worked our tails off to bring this gem back and prepare the foundation for someone to take it the extra mile. We have accepted a new venture and are looking for the next person to carry out this legacy making it bigger and better than ever.

Phillys is 100% independently owned and operated by us. It is not a franchise but a loved local sub shop with a loyal following and voted the best of Marathon County 2 years in a row.

The transfer of ownership will include all rights, recipes, equipment, inventory, and training. We are ready to make the transition as soon as the right candidate is secured. It is in our hearts to see that Philly's lives on for generations to come.

Interested parties should reach out to Steph to set up a time to discuss the opportunity. Please connect through Philly's messenger. All offers will be considered.

And from the bottom of our hearts...thank you Wausau for making Philly's what it is today. Your love, support and encouragement has meant everything to us. We will carry on business as usual through this process.

We don’t even know where to begin, other than saying thank you. Thank you for choosing us to be your go-to lunch and dinner spot. Thank you for continuing to support us in the process of configuring the system that works for us. Thank you for the never ending support and feedback in year 2 of being open. Thank you for believing in us.

We are beyond grateful to be part of a community as loving and supportive as this one. We appreciate each and every one of you, and know that the support doesn’t go unnoticed or overlooked.
