Shifu's 41 began in 2013 and officially opened in the U.S on may, 2014. Shifu's 41 is the first oversea branch of "Da-Pu" Teppanyaki restaurant in Taiwan. The founder, Mr. ryan, is a legend in the Taiwan Restaurant industry. He invented the "Drift Fry" cooking style, and also developed a unique operation system called, "Everyone is a chef, and a chef serves everyone!" In Taiwan we are well known by the fact that we can prepare a fresh and delicious meal under 5 minutes. With this, owner of the first restaurant in North America, Mr. Chen, wanted to share our taiwanese culture to the American people.
