For a long time, people knew us for one thing: barbecue. And we’re incredibly proud of that.

We won’t forget our roots. We won’t forget where we came from, the food that built our reputation, or — maybe most importantly — the lessons we learned along the way about cooking, hospitality, and the people we have had the privilege of feeding.

But we’re also not a one-trick pony.

Legendary chef Jacques Pépin once said, “I certainly don’t cook the same way I did 40 years ago, but the technique remains.”

That really speaks to where we are today.

The experience is still here. The techniques are still here. The passion for putting good food on a plate is still here. But we’re constantly learning, experimenting, creating, and pushing ourselves outside of the box people may have known us for.

We are more than barbecue.

Our menu today tells a much bigger story — from the comfort food and smoked meats that will always be part of our roots to pastas, seafood, fresh salads, sandwiches, steaks, homemade soups, creative weekly features, and dishes you may never have expected to see coming out of our kitchen.

We’re proud of where we came from.
