I am truly grateful for all of the inquires in the last 18 hours alone, but once again I need to remind everyone that the Large trailer is gone. I will not be taking events over a 30-40 person count, and all large parties will be given the contact information for another local mobile pizzeria we have joined forces with. 🔥 A NEW CHAPTER FOR 518 WOOD FIRED 🍕🔥

We wanted to take a minute to share an update with everyone who has supported 518 Wood Fired over the years.

We’ve made the decision to step away from operating our full-size trailer and move into a smaller, more flexible setup.

518 Wood Fired isn’t going anywhere! 🍕

Moving forward, you’ll still find us at farmers markets, pop-ups, smaller events, and select gatherings doing what we love — serving the same wood-fired pizza you’ve come to know us for.

We truly can’t thank everyone enough who has booked us, waited in line for a pizza, recommended us to friends and family, shared our posts, and supported us along the way. You are the reason 518 Wood Fired has become what it is today.

This isn’t goodbye — it’s simply the start of a new chapter.

🔥 New opportunities are ahead, and even bigger things are coming.

Hello everyone! We will be hosting at least 1 pop up this coming week in Schenectady! We will have a limited run of (40) pies and will operate on a pre order basis!

I will post instructions later this evening to get on the pre order list! Payment can be made via Cash App, Apple Pay, or venmo! Payment is due the at the time of placing the order.

Pickup time will be staggered in 15-20 minute increments so orders are prepared fresh and don’t sit.

This is the moment A LOT of you have been waiting for, don’t miss out!

We truly appreciate every single person who reaches out to book with us. We are grateful for the support and the demand we’ve built, but because of that, our dates fill up quickly.

Please understand that we are not always able to accommodate last-minute bookings. We have a schedule, commitments, and other customers who have already reserved their dates. Once a date is booked, we have to honor those reservations.

If we can’t fit you in, it’s not personal — it’s simply business. There’s no reason to be upset or take it out on us. Our job is to run a successful business, and part of that job is managing our calendar and booking dates properly.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible to make sure we can get you on the schedule. We appreciate your understanding, your patience, and everyone who continues to support 518 Wood Fired. 🍕🔥
