You can’t spell Burger without Gruber!
For the 4th quarter of 2026, we salute a trve Midwest Mincecore trio from Northside Chicago / Southside Burbank, IL. HANZxGRUBER have been destroying melody and praising Agathocles since 2019 with their D-beat forward and atrocity driven sound. If you’ve been lucky (or crazy) enough to catch one of their shows, you know how much raw and cave-like energy they can produce. They get pretty hungry on the grind, that’s why we pulled this burger out of the trash can snare and offered it to them as sustenance as they wage war on pop music and the mainstream.

Blackened Seasoned Kuma’s Angus Beef Patty (or choice of protein), Jalapeño/Cilantro Mayo, All Beef Hot Dog, Provolone, Pickled Sweet Peppers & Red Onions, Blackened Waffle Fries, Avocado Dressing
This burger was created by sous chef and absolute workhorse, Alex Balderas. Before Alex created this burger, he was struck with some pretty serious health problems. These issues required him to have multiple surgeries, and he was unable to work for quite a while. The time without Alex really sucked, and we’re so glad to have him back! Even though Alex has insurance, he was still hit with some pretty insane medical expenses, so this quarter we will donate $1 from every HANZxGRUBER burger sold to help him pay off his medical bills.
