A Bridge Between Us is proud to welcome John Wayne Walding as the keynote speaker for our Heroes, Hunting & Healing Benefit Banquet on October 24th at The Lodge at Deadwood!

John is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, accomplished sniper, decorated war hero, and an incredible example of courage, resilience, leadership, and perseverance.

After sustaining a life-changing injury during the Battle of Shok Valley in Afghanistan in 2008, John refused to let adversity define him. Following his amputation, he went on to become the first amputee to graduate from the Special Forces Sniper Course and continued pushing himself through endurance events and marathons.

Today, John shares his story with audiences across the country, inspiring others to overcome challenges and find purpose through even life's toughest moments.

We are truly honored and grateful that John has agreed to join us for this special evening. We know his story, his message, and his presence will make this an unforgettable night. 🇺🇸

Hey all of our Grain Bin faithful. What a year it was at our little Bar & Grill!

We were just sitting here thinking about how many great connections we made, and stories we got to share. If you had the opportunity to go on a tour with us, please feel free to share your experience.

One important part that we haven’t had the chance to speak on here about is the Veterans and Family members with Veterans whom have never gotten their VA ratings, or been taken care of after their service to our Country. We had several conversations with people who had bad experiences, or no experience with the VA compensation & pension. We think we have a great resource for you. There are many of those resources out there, but I have a good friend that works for this company. Ultimately, I don’t care who you use as long as everyone is getting the help they need/deserve. Feel free to reach out to me via messenger if you have any questions.

Magic Monday never disappoints!

Started the Morning with some awesome Breakfast Burritos from the Flavor Wagon.

Then the Veterans started coming in. Friends from Nates Military career stopped, VMC’s stopped, Patrons stopped and we even had an awesome Band stop.

A day filled full of raising money for a cause that is near to all of us in helping our Veterans, Police and First Responders!

Had an awesome lady raise $ and present it to our organization today.

Had the VFW Post 424 donate $2000 to A Bridge Between Us. What an honor! Thank you. Jerome, Boom, Mando, Bryan, Tonia, and Beverly…Good people!

Had Militiamen present an award to our business, and just had a blast helping and showing what we do!

Talked with a fellow Veteran from Iowa about donating a Deuce and A Half for tours. (This would be awesome)

Ace Towing in Sioux Falls Donated a School Bus! 🇺🇸

It’s a day to remember for sure!

We hooked some Veterans up to get help with their VA Benefits thru Vetclaims.ai
(One of them is 94 years young and never had help from the VA…we need to do better for these people)

I want to thank everyone who came out and supported our Magic Monday. We had an absolute blast today!

The photos from today! One of our favorite groups came to see us early, we got to do some tours and the Jersey people were great at shooting ri**es, and WI, NE and MN showed up big today, and we met so many Vets, Law Enforcement and First Responders. Thank you to Randy & Felicia for bringing us his smoked brisket for our crew! Love all the locals who showed up!

Don’t forget tomorrow is Magic Monday where b**r and nachos are free for AD/Vets, Police, and First Responders!
