The restaurant is in full renovation mode now!
Here’s a little bit about their offerings! We are all very excited to check it out!
They are planning on a June 1st opening.
Hank's will be offering Lunch, prepared foods, and nightly meal kits.
Lunch will be locally sourced sandwiches, salads, soups, and sweets. Which can be enjoyed to go or in house on a newly built deck or inside in the dining rooms. After lunch customers will be able to take home a variety of prepared foods such as soups, lasagnas, pot pies, chicken salads, pasta sauces, etc. all made in house. As well as frozen meat and sausages from Breludin Farm in Midcoast Maine. As for dinner, for now I will offer a different meal kit 6 nights a week. Fully cooked, and portioned out. The example I like to give is a Teriyaki Salmon rice bowl with grilled broccolini, and a miso soup to start.
At some point I plan on adding local "farm dinners" a few nights a week. Simple, delicious, local food, highlighting the best of the season.
Lastly, am hoping to have a beer and wine license and offer snacks on the deck after lunch from 3:30-6pm. The hours for now will be 11-6pm. Meal kits need to be ordered 24 hours ahead of time.
