Hi there, Naphtali here. It is with humility and optimism that I need to let you know that we are closing both the Scarborough and Broadway locations. The last day of service for those locations was Friday January 11th. Rich and I are taking over the store where we will return to our beginnings and the roots of what made Mainely Wraps so special. With the four locations and over 55 employees in the past year, we acknowledge that the quality and attention to detail has suffered. Some of you have had poor customer service experiences, there hasn’t been consistency. Some of you have spoken up, many of you haven’t, but the truth is we are physically, emotionally and financially unable to continue to run our three stores in such a manner. We want Mainely Wraps to be the special place that it was before we began expanding. We will go back to doing daily specials. Rich will make two soups a day, everyday. We will still have several delivery drivers who will deliver catering throughout Greater Portland. And you can always order delivery from us through 2Dinein. All gift cards can be used at our Portland store, and if any of you have a Groupon still, we will be honoring those at the Portland store as well.
It’s a new Chapter- a return to our beginnings- I hope you come and stop by.
