Garibaldi Days was a fantastic Adventure...Meeting new people and serving awesome sandwiches and sides...The "Tillamook Meat Inc." pastrami was loved and as one customer put it "If anyone doesn't like the pastrami sandwich there is something wrong with them.". Look forward to next year.

The debut of Holm on Wheels at the Scappoose Farmers Market was insanely amazing and thank you to all that stopped by. Sincerely appreciated the conversations and serving killer food. If you were unable to make it then this Saturday is the next opportunity to enjoy the farmers market.

Bologna touched by House Made Cheese Sauce with an addition of a Gritts patty covered by House Made Bacon Relish and American Cheese finished with Cole Slaw. Each bun loved has a slathering of house made Smoked Tomato Butter.
