A couple classics with our Prime Rib Sandwich and Pulled Pork Nachos paired with our seasonal new Southern Belle sandwich.
The Southern Belle is our pulled chicken, mozzarella cheese, pickled onions and Spicy Peach BBQ sauce grilled on ciabatta bun, yum!

On this very fall feeling day, we took a few minutes to reflect on this summer. We want to take a minute to thank all of you for an amazing summer season!
A couple of my favorite highlights…
- So many of you trusted us to feed your guests and make your events that much better, making this one of our busiest summers yet. Thank you!
-I was able to have my son, Owen come with me to several events where he started the lessons of catering for you all. It was so fun to teach our next generation how to serve for the future.
-We had the honor and privilege to purchase several 4H animals at the Troy Fair and Tioga County Fair. Thank you Isaac Laudermilch, Gracelynn Clouse, and Ellie Card for asking us!
Your continued support allows us to give back to the next generation.
We are so incredibly grateful for your continued support.
We are so looking forward to continue to serve you all through the fall, holiday season, spring and into next summer!
We feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of this community, and can’t wait to share many more years with you all!

Can you go wrong with fresh, slow smoked brisket? We certainly don’t think so.
