Born from the shared mindset of Novotnys Pizza × Villains Print Lab, this collaboration forged a pizza with BOLD flavor.

We wanted something bold. Something different. Something worthy of putting both of our names on.

So we built it the same way we built our businesses:

One of the ingredients that makes HELLRAISER a little different.

These tiny, bright-red peppers bring a fruity flavor with a subtle smokiness — and despite their fiery appearance, virtually no heat.

They add a little sweetness, a little tang, and a flavor that’s surprisingly complex for such a tiny pepper.

Paired with sweet Italian sausage, creamy ricotta and Hot Honey, they’re a big part of what makes HELLRAISER work.

👑🔥 HOMECOMING PARADE & BONFIRE 🔥👑

One of our favorite Knoch traditions is coming up! Join us Thursday, October 8 for a night to celebrate our Knights and kick off Homecoming weekend.

The parade begins at 7:15 PM on Main Street, and ends on Horne Avenue, with the bonfire immediately following. We’ll celebrate our Knoch sports seniors and Homecoming Court, with performances from the marching band, cheerleaders and football players.

We’ll also have DJ Peter B, The Bus Stop Coffee Co. and Novotny's Pizza, Saxonburg Truck there for the evening.

This is a community event, so bring the family and come celebrate Homecoming with us. ⚔️

Sometimes I feel like our Sicilian Pizzas don’t get the recognition they deserve…. It eats different than the Handtossed and Detroit pizzas with a fluffy bread-like texture and crispy pan-fried edges.
