We have decided to start our Summer break a day early and will be closed today. After a busy 4 days, we’ve sold through a lot of product (and we also might just be a little tired 😅).

Our apologies if you were planning on getting pizza from us today. But we also want to say thank you. Thank you to everyone for giving us a reason to be tired. It’s been a great first summer and we are excited for all that lies ahead! See you guys Friday, August 28th, when our regular hours resume. ❤️🍕

Today is Justin’s birthday! To celebrate, he has created a special menu called “Justin’s Picks” featuring some of his favorite pizzas he has made over the last (almost!) year. Simply put, Fred’s wouldn’t be what it is without Justin - his genius in the kitchen, determination to make sure everything we serve is as delicious as it can be, curiosity and desire to always be learning, his relentlessness, his heart and of course his name!

HARBERT — After a successful four-month pop-up, Fred’s Detroit-Style Pizza now has a permanent home inside Gather at 13565 Red Arrow Highway in Harbert.

Strawberry season is always short and sweet. While supplies last, we will be making this pickled strawberry pizza dough panzenella salad.

Pickled strawberries, spring mix, heirloom tomatoes, ricotta, pizza dough croutons, strawberry vinaigrette, basil and fresh cracked pepper. 🍓🍓🍓
