I am going to give this a try. I want to sell the store. I don't have time with all the new things happening in my life and I hate to see it sit empty and the happy faces not being able to hang out.

If you are interested in a remodeled building that can be a coffee shop, grocery store, heating/plumbing store, tattoo parlor, office space, gas station (with working pump and passive income) or almost anything you would like to put in there, please DM me and ask questions.

Hello Sawyer friends, The General Store will be trying to get rid of inventory for the winter. Come shop and get 30% off of non-food items!

In addition, we will be closing our doors for the winter. As of December 22, 2023 we will close for the winter months. We hope for a Spring (March or April) 2024 reopening, depending upon the weather.

Sawyer friends, I will be needing to occasionally close the store early for medical needs. I desperately wanted the Sawyer store to stay open and have decided that with my increasingly busy life, I now need to sell to someone who will enjoy this store as much as I have, but will have the time I don't. This is a turn-key business. I would love to sell as-is (gas station, coffee shop) but I know that I cannot control what someone wants to do with this building in the future. A tattoo parlor? a clinic? a bar? Please consider all options. Could possibly be used as a really cute little studio home with a zoning variance?
We will remain open with the new hours unless I am called away for medical emergencies, in which case we will have shortened hours for the day.
