Does this cool weather have you craving fall flavors? We've got you! For Wednesday Supper Club, we're serving up a delicious fall stew & warm cornbread. (It's gluten AND dairy free, this week.) And on Saturday, how about a stack of pumpkin pancakes with whipped pumpkin-spice butter, whipped cream, and maple syrup? (Also available in dairy free). Looking for some delicious gluten free bread that doesn't taste like cardboard or act like a space shuttle heat shield tile in the toaster? Our made-from-scratch bread is different than anything you'll find in the grocery stores. It's heavy on quinoa, millet, brown rice-- the good stuff -- and made according to a process that yields a tender, airy loaf with great flavor! Look for it in our fridge. OR-- better yet-- stop by between 10 and 2 on weekdays for a grilled cheese sandwich made to order on this delicious bread.

Summer is wrapping up, and we're celebrating with the best the garden still has to offer: Stuffed peppers-- crisp-tender and chock full of meaty, savory filling.

Then come back on Thursday night for our one-night-only Italian Dessert night! We'll be open until 7pm AGAIN so you have time to stop by for made-from-scratch tiramisu, cannoli, or affogato. It might be a night for you to try something new, or re-visit an old favorite that you haven't had since before you stopped eating gluten. Bring a date or bring a friend. We're hoping for lovely patio weather!

Who can resist homemade chicken pot pie?? That's what we're cooking up for you tonight. Serving it from 4:30 to 6:30. This photo is a chicken pot pie I made at home recently, using RegCakes brioche dough as a topper. Simply roll it out, tuck it on top of your pot pie filling, and brush it with milk or egg to help it turn golden. Maybe cut some slits, too. That's just one of MANY uses for our GF brioche dough. You can also use it for croissants, buns, dinner rolls, pie crust, galettes, savory meat pies, danish, tart shells..... Find it in our freezer section & get your gluten-free-creative-chef-hat on!

Missing gluten free croissants? Try this: Our croissants went roll-y! We filled them with good things like raspberry jam & candied almonds, or rich dark chocolate ganache. They may not look like a traditional croissant, but all the flakey, buttery goodness is rolled right in there.
