Executive Chef and owner, Kirk Blaine and wife Ashley operate this local establishment, serving specialty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, gourmet macaronis, house-made chips, potato croquettes, and pickles. Chef Kirk's signature brunch offerings and already famous Southern delights will be served between two toasted buns and accompanied with a smile a hospitable team of professionals.
