Happy Monday!
Our special tonight pan seared, bacon wrapped scallops & shrimp, served with herb risotto and asparagus, finished with lump crab meat and topped with a sherry beurre blanc.

Happy Wine-down Wednesday Savannah!
Tonight at Vic's our chefs have prepared a blackened swordfish mix grill served with 2 shrimp and a jumbo scallop over parmesan risotto with a side of broccolini, topped with an orange passionfruit beurre blanc. Pair it with a glass of sparkling rosé.

A stuffed amberjack, served over crab rice with a side of haricot vert, topped off with sweet and delicate Patagonia scallops and a citrus beurre blanc. (not pictured)

Not in the mood for fish, our last special of the evening is a classis grilled ribeye serves with mash potatoes and asparagus, topped with a herb compound butter. (not pictured)

Our special tonight: 2 pcs of pan seared Branzino, one wrapped around a scallop served on a bed of herb risotto with a side of haricot verts, topped with a citrus beurre blanc.
Pair it with a crisp glass of Cambria Chardonnay and enjoy the view of the river.
