We let the Mustard Dill Pickles sit and brine since Sunday.. we just opened em up and they are phenomenal. Even my picky, 4 year old said they were amazing! I’ll be making more this weekend.

As far as the ghost reaper pickles we made last Sunday.. these things are extremely hot. Amazing flavor that sits on your tongue and lips that last about 15 minutes! If you’re a true spicy fan, these are what you want. I thoroughly enjoy them!

… with that being said, Ive got some ghost reaper peppers still and will make special batches only for people that want them! So if you want some, please just comment and I’ll special make them for you!

I know it’s been way too long.. and for that, I apologize. I’ll be back up and making pickled products for everyone to enjoy. Today, I did a little experimenting.

The small red peppers are a hybrid ghost reaper grown in the garden at the plant I work at! I’ve done the taste test and these things are phenomenally hot and full of flavor. Hoping it adds just the exact spice kick I want!

We also are trying a new “mustard” brine. So far, it’s the right amount of tangy, zesty, and sour for my tastebuds! Like and share please! Thank you!
