Menu spotlight: Striped Bass🐟
Our fish changes between striped bass and golden tilefish depending on what’s available locally. When we’re serving striped bass, it’s typically caught off the Carolinas and cooked using a technique that applies direct heat only to the skin, allowing the fish to cook through while keeping it incredibly flaky.

We use the bones to make a bright citrus sabayon and serve the fish with crispy Carolina Gold rice, scorched pineapple, and pickled vegetables. Inspired by the flavors of a piña colada and finished with French technique, this is a coastal dish with the perfect amount going on.

Some things are worth savoring while they last.

Our Wagyu hanger steak with pomme purée, au poivre, and morels has quickly become a favorite, but it won’t be on the menu forever. If you’ve been waiting to try it, now’s the time!

St. Neo’s was recently featured by A Dash of That and WSAV, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to share a little more of what we’re creating here in Savannah.

Thank you to the A Dash of That and WSAV teams for stopping by, taking the time to experience St. Neo’s, and for the incredibly kind words. It means so much to have our food, our team, and our vision recognized by people who love Savannah as much as we do.

We’re lucky to have such a wonderful community behind us, and we’re just getting started. Come see what we’re all about.

Menu spotlight : Smoked chicken!

Chicken is often an afterthought. Ours is anything but.

We source our birds from Marjac Farms in Gainesville, GA, completely debone them, then smoke them to perfection. Served with our spiced chicken jus, delicata squash tart, and chanterelle mushrooms.

A dish that takes time, technique, and a whole lot of love.

New menu item spotlight: Pork Schnitzel!

Every menu item is crafted with intention from start to finish. Our pork is from Hunter Cattle in Brooklet, GA, pounded thin and crisped in panko and Marsh Hen Mills cornmeal. Topped with smoked country ham from The Hamery in Murfreesboro, TN, pickled red cabbage, smoked anchovy aioli, charred fennel, and garlic chili crunch, all over a bright basil purée.
