Happy November 1st! It’s basically Christmas now, right!?

One of our favorite comfort meals is tortellini in brodo (broth). Traditionally, we make them the day after Christmas when the family is together. The extra hands to fill and shape the pasta are always helpful but it’s the laughs around the table that are unforgettable.

Also know as butterfly or bowtie pasta. This shape is entirely handmade and so versatile. It can be great with a light sauce like extra virgin olive oil & garlic or it can take on a rich meat sauce. Andrea loves to use this in her pasta salads!!
