Joining us from Italy, Executive Chef Michele Minchillo.

In 2022, his restaurant Vitium earned a Michelin Star. He and his team held the star for two years before he closed the space to seek new adventures internationally.

With Michele at the helm, we are building a team of like-minded people who are united in purpose and ready to challenge themselves. We believe hospitality is both a craft and a responsibility, and we are looking forward to bringing this vision to life in Savannah.
