IT’S BAAAACK!!! Your favorite “lunch for a donation” fund raiser is welcoming in the fall! Soup for Vets is back and needing donations of soups, breads and desserts. This year we will begin a “Soup of Victory” Community Soup of Choice Winner. If you would like to help our Veterans and Veteran Families by joining us to raise money for LOCAL Veteran Assistance please consider bringing in a donation of soup, bread or a dessert. Stop in for lunch by making a monetary donation is a great way to help as well. “Soup of Victory” contest winner be announced at end of the day!!

We are so GRATEFUL for the support of our amazing community!! With the raffle donations and the Auxiliary members who donated their time to help finalize the fundraising for the Veterans Tigers Trip, we were able to make this trip possible! Today this community raised $2493.50 to put our efforts just over the top of our goal!! Thank you so very much to everyone who participated in one way or the other!

Helen Jenks is smiling down from above tonight. We cannot thank everyone enough for showing your love of Helen, sharing stories and donating where her heart always was, making kids feel special.
What a touching and heartwarming tribute. Helen’s dedication to spreading joy as Mrs. Claus clearly left a lasting legacy in Sault Ste. Marie.
Raising $806 for her favorite cause, The VFW Kids Christmas Party. We want this annual event to be a beautiful way to ensure her generous spirit continues to light up the holidays for children for years to come.
Thank you to Mrs. Claus’ Elves that helped make this happen. Among the many were the ice cream crew of Nicetta LaPonsie, Jackie Peterson, Kathy Harris, and Rob and Ginger Stratton as well as the many donors.
