🥞 Around here, pancakes deserve the good stuff!

Every table at the café is stocked with pure maple syrup from a local farmer. 🍁 We love being able to support local whenever we can—and it doesn’t hurt that this stuff is seriously delicious. 🤤

Chef Matt received some beautiful, fresh-grown hibiscus from a kind community member this morning! 🌺 We’re drying the flowers now and will be turning them into a homemade hibiscus tea. We can’t wait to try it! 🫖✨

Our scratch made okra jambalaya is truly a labor of love! Chef Matt takes the time to build all those delicious flavors from scratch, adding each ingredient and letting everything come together into one warm, hearty bowl.

Homemade food takes a little extra time, but we think it’s worth it. ❤️
