I understand the importance of having safe and tasty food options. I am a dedicated gf baker. My name is Nikki. I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember. Learning the basics at home from my mom. I’m a bit of a cooking show addict, which is often where I find inspiration for new recipes to try. Some of my favorites being America’s Test Kitchen, the Great British Baking Show, and Master Chef.

About 11 years ago, I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. I found out very quickly that store bought gluten free products were lacking in flavor and texture. This is where my gluten free baking journey began. I’ve gone through many trials and errors to find what works and most of all tastes good. I love it when people try my food and say, “I would never know this was gluten free.”
