Hey everybody, we’re gonna be up at Ski Hi Fruit Farm  tomorrow evening. We’re going to feature their apples in two different things. I’m still working on one which will be a peach applesauce. I got the peaches from the fruit truck from Georgia & apples from SkiHi.. The other is going to be a pork dinner with red cabbage and their apples, potatoes and gravy. Happy days.. of course we will have other goodies, including another round of brownie crusted, espresso cheesecake. It went so fast last time I decided to get another one done. Of course we have the classics. Come treat yourself!
