Thank you to every one of these reviews, you’ve helped shape the outcome of my business so much, your kinds words, accessible to anyone just looking for a good sandwich. I seen this last one, thank you Nathan, and I’m almost nervous what that 200th one will be. And please people, don’t go just posting one! I want a genuine 200th review, that we can all embrace. Alright everyone, quick update on the Boars Head jam. So I have seen the comments, the votes, the DMs, and have heard out the people who came through the doors with an opinion. I may not have gotten back to everyone, but I did take notes.
And the overlying thing I noticed the most. The Yes’s, ima be honest, they’re generic. The No’s, people are coming with substance. I can feel a passion, and it’s for varying reasons. A lot of it is, why change now? We like what you have, it’s not a namesake, but it’s substance. It fits, it doesn’t overwhelm, but it also doesn’t force me to reconsider all my prices if I was to make the change. And who wants to do that?
So everyone, I’ve got a few more days and a meeting with Boars Head coming up. If you want to voice an option, I’m right here!

Okay People, I’ve made a decision.

Bleu Collar Sammies is the sandwich shop for the people. I try to do everything I can to make every customer that come in feel like they are one of us.
But I have to be honest here, this week has been rough. This heat, we all feel it. But right now I’ve got one guy in the hospital, one guy can barely stand, one working doubles to help out close friends this weekend, and these guys aren’t just employees. They’re my brothers, and my best friends. My guys are everything to me, and it’s a long summer. I cant let my best friends burn themselves out.

So I’ve decided that we will be closed this weekend, the 4th and the 5th. I’m sure many people are going to read this and think my decision is rash, but it’s my decision to make. We will give it our all tomorrow, open until 5pm. Then my boys and I are going to enjoy America’s 250th anniversary weekend.

Everyone enjoy their holiday, be safe, be smart, and have fun. Come see us Friday, or Monday, but this weekend WE ARE CLOSED!
