Ten minute sourdough breakfast sandwich.

Olive oil in a pan in med + to lightly fry the sourdough
Whip up 2 eggs in a cereal bowl (spray first)
Flip sides and fill with Gouda or your favorite cheese
While your gc is cooking the other side zap the 🥓
Nuke your eggs at 40 sec intervals 2-3 times

Pull grilled cheese apart and assemble with the bacon, greens and maters. No dressing needed 😋

Italian is one of my top three favorites.

Angry sliders
Spicy deli ham, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, hot yellow, peppers, tomatoes, all chopped & tossed in dukes mayo and then put back into Hawaiian rolls. Zesty Italian dressing, squirted on the top of the buns and baked for 15 minutes at 400°.
