Some goodbyes are harder than others.

Today, we say goodbye to someone who has helped shape the heart of Barron’s.

After almost two incredible years, our Kitchen Director, Tru, is beginning a brand-new chapter, and while we’re sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more proud of her.

From helping create the recipes that have become favorites at countless weddings, corporate events, and celebrations, to pouring her heart into our kitchen day after day, Tru has left an imprint on this company that simply can’t be replaced.

But what we’ll miss the most isn’t just her talent—it’s her.

She became family.

We’ve celebrated milestones together, worked through the busiest seasons imaginable, laughed through the chaos, and built memories that we’ll carry with us forever.

Thank you for your dedication, your leadership, your passion, and the countless ways you’ve helped build what Barron’s is today. Your legacy will continue every weekend through the food, the standards, and the culture you helped create.

We are endlessly grateful for you, and we’ll be cheering you on in everything that comes next.

No matter where life takes you, you’ll always have a place in the Barron’s family.

It’s time to start hiring and training for Fall!

Barron's Catering is hiring more kitchen/server help! We are gearing up for peak wedding season again, streamlining meal prep, and giving top tier hospitality across the Southeast!

These fill up quickly, so I would hop on by sending your resume to [email protected]

We use a flex schedule system at this time so you can submit availability for shifts that are convenient for you month by month! This Is a great way to supplement your income, second job, etc. since shifts are event/business based!

Pay starts at the following for each position:

Team Members- 12/hr
Team Lead Assists- $14/hr
Team Leaders- $16/hr
Assistant Director- $17/hr
Directors- $18/hr

If you have a degree, $1/hr additional. If you vehicle is used as a transportation vehicle for decor/supply boxes, additional $2/hr during those events.

Travel pay is $2/hr bonus if we are traveling more than 2.5 hours from the kitchen in Mobile.

All tips given by clients at an event are divided evenly between the event staff (owners do not take tips even if they are working the event).

You show up and you SLAY!

Seriously, our team LOVES this venue, and it is always our pleasure to serve there!

We prepared a delicious menu of Cajun Shrimp Pasta, Pork Tenderloin, Creamy Parm Chicken,Veggie Medley, Mashed Potato Bar, and Ooey Gooey Mac n Cheese! And it did not disappoint!

Being the selected caterer for this event was such an honor! Thank you for the invite, Izenstone, we look forward to seeing you again soon! 💙
