Hey guys, Chef Shawn here. I've returned from my extended vacation in Alaska. I spent the last 2 years in a small mountain town called Eagle River, north of Anchorage. To those who know me know I love photography as much as I do food. I went to shoot landscapes and wildlife, and ended up working in a small, native-owned diner. The only breakfast restaurant in town. I learned a lot about food, and met many Chefs traveling around Alaska.

I've got tons of new specials, and I cant wait to share them with you all! We're starting out with the first one called the CBR. It's a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch sandwich on grilled Sourdough bread. Comes with Tomato, Avocado, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, and a homemade Ranch Aioli. Serving this Sunday only, so stop on by and try this out.. Looking forward to catching up with everybody, got a lot of stories to tell!
