At Waterside RV Resort in Sargent, Texas, we created the kind of place we’d want to escape to ourselves — peaceful, spacious, clean, and right on the water.

Whether you’re coming down for a weekend of fishing and beach time, a longer coastal escape, or looking for a quiet place to spend the season, Waterside makes it easy to settle in and relax.

Here’s what makes Waterside different:

🚐 Huge 50’ x 18’ concrete pads with full hookups

🎣 350’ of waterfront — fish right from the property for redfish, speckled trout, flounder & more

🦀 Lighted fishing pier — and some of the best crabbing happens after dark!

🛶 Bring the kayaks or boat and enjoy the calm canals and nearby Intracoastal Waterway

🏖️ Minutes from Sargent Beach

🐾 Pet-friendly because vacations are better when they come too

🔥 Your own picnic table & fire pit

📶 Free Wi-Fi

And maybe our favorite part? No crowded, cookie-cutter RV park feel. Just roomy sites, water, coastal breezes, and a laid-back little corner of Sargent.

Come for the fishing. Come for the beach. Come because sometimes you just need to get away.

Come stay Waterside. 🌊

Goooooood morning Sargent! Today is day 4 of our re-re-regrand opening. We couldn't be more thrilled to wake up at 2:30AM to serve you and your caffeine addiction. We are here for it.....the bags under my eyes confirm that we are here for it.
Speaking of large bags....we sell bulk coffee (terrible segue). If you are heading to work (🙄 )in the field/gulf/ golf course, we can set you up with a 3 liter canteen of our premium house brew. We can also sell you a bunch of breakfast tacos and stuff too. Call or text us. Actually just text. We will answer a text immediately but need three business days to emotionally prepare for a phone call.

P.S. You do have to return the canteen eventually. We know. It’s cool like us, but you can’t keep it.
