It's Thursday, mornings like today makes me want to shut the whole thing down, but my stubborn Scottishness isn't having it. The smoker is working its magic on a bunch of ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Oh, we are down to (1) turkey, so the turkey pilgrim will be leaving us very soon, until September. The joys of winter, the will be closed tomorrow.

Good morning! Unfortunately, the Spa City Farmers Market will be closed on February 16th ( tomorrow) due to the impending snow & ice storm predicted. We are very sorry for any inconvenience, it seems we can’t catch a break on a Sunday. Stay safe & warm and we shall see you all next week.
